Members and guests at last night’s BBHG meeting listened to an excellent presentation by Tony Gist, who was speaking about Aerial Reconnaissance. Tony gave initial details about our Mapping Project and invited those present and others to take part. This project is open to members and non-members and we are looking for volunteers to look at LIDAR images of the parish and mark any unusual features that they spot. Please get in touch with Tony to request the LIDAR images on which to work and they will be emailed to you. Members will be sent Tony’s contact details, others can get in touch using the contact form on the Home page. It will be useful if volunteers can attend the workshop on Tuesday 24th March but this isn’t essential.
Judging by the response last night, there is a great deal of interest in this project.
